Additional Information:
This is the final version with brass mechanics, hardchromed bayonet and a second focus ring. Like the prototypes it features a tilt range of ±8°, a shift range of ±10mm and a full 360° rotation.
Labeling reads Hartblei SN   Optics by Carl Zeiss   Makro 4/120 TS (compare to the prototypes).
The original Hartblei lenshoods sold out and were not produced again. Instead the lenses were since delivered with Heliopan hoods.
Hartblei also seems to offer a cine version of this lens.
